📍 **Tamworth, we're here!** 💚
We're so excited to officially launch i'ara Specialist Support Coordination in Tamworth, NSW, supporting participants across the New England North West region, as well as remotely throughout Australia.
Our newest Support Coordinator, Jessica, is a proud local with over 15 years of experience supporting children, families and people with complex needs. She's passionate about helping participants understand their NDIS plans, build confidence, navigate the system and achieve the goals that matter most to them.
Outside of work, she's a mum of three, volunteers in the local community, coaches junior sport, and is well known for making sure no child misses out. In fact, the local joke is that someone should just buy her a bus! 🚌❤️
We're incredibly proud to be growing our regional footprint with people who genuinely know and love their communities.

The best meetings don't always happen in an office. ☕💙
This support coordination check-in was at Mayhem @ Machans Beach with independent support worker Jesse from FNQ Community Services and our wonderful client, Pete Sutton.
Over a coffee, we reviewed Pete's NDIS budget, checked in on how his supports are working, and planned a few adjustments to make sure everything continues to meet his goals.
Support coordination is about more than paperwork, it's about real conversations, genuine relationships, and making sure supports evolve as people's lives do.
