i’ara Specialist Support Coordination is growing, and we’re looking for our next Support Coordinator to join our team in Cairns and Townsville.
🏆 Proudly awarded 2025 Most Outstanding Support Coordination Provider in Australia.
You don’t need prior Support Coordination experience, but you DO need:
✔️ Exceptional customer service skills
✔️ Strong computer and administration skills
✔️ Confidence building professional networks
✔️ The ability to work with people with complex needs
We specialise in complex psychosocial support, hospital discharge pathways, child protection, and justice interface coordination, so we’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and ready to learn.
If you’re relationship-driven, solutions-focused, and want to work in a highly respected, national award-winning specialist team, we’d love to hear from you.

We recently received some beautiful feedback from a family we’ve supported over several years 💛
They shared how supported they’ve felt navigating the NDIS, especially when starting out, and how much they value having reliable, responsive guidance to find the right supports for their children. Knowing someone is there, following up, and helping families stay on track with their plans makes all the difference.
This is exactly why i'ara Support exists, to walk alongside families, consistently and with care.

Today we’re at Ready-Set-Connect, doing what we love most, connecting with incredible providers and strengthening our Support Coordination knowledge across regional Victoria.
These events are such a powerful way to deepen our understanding of what’s available locally, build genuine relationships, and ultimately provide better, more informed support to the people we walk alongside.
A special shout-out to Jess, who supports clients right across regional Victoria and is pictured here today, and to Don Elgin, former Paralympian and host of this event, who brings energy and insight to every room he leads.
A huge thank you to Kismet for bringing providers together and creating spaces like this. We’re proud to be travelling Australia and showing up at these events, because strong connections lead to stronger outcomes for participants.
